好心网友推荐时说这书原书名有点意思。后半不知为何toxic masculinity冒了出来，看得差点忘记了它在讲的主题是什么。

这本，上面的社会工程学，还有以前看过的不少21世纪出版物，很多都用到进化心理学理论：遇到事情时杏仁核过度警戒->前额叶抑制功能故障->身体记住并按需“退化”到防御反应模式。相应的，Cognitive Behavioral Therapy是一种对症下药，对应新进化出来的前额叶，但身体“记住”的创伤需要其他治疗策略，比如呼吸、瑜伽和其他身体练习。这么一看有点合理？

文风有点古朴，平铺直叙，看起来是故意的，设定很是野性，人吃人的古代。████以前的宫斗看得有点迷惑，大约因为是新题材、没怎么看过宫斗，████以后就清晰多了，但也没那么紧张了。结局感觉可以写更好点，██████怎么还讲究████？
